The length of hospital stay depends on what specific surgery you undergo. While in-hospital, you will have a private suite and 24/7 nursing care. You will receive detailed instructions about what to expect on each day of your recovery, and, how to care for yourself at home. You will be provided with specific necessary self-care items if they are necessary.

Yes, we offer Virtual Consultations. However, before we proceed with surgery, it will ne necessary to meet you in person.

We do offer financing options. However, we always make every effort to work with your health insurance company to cover the costs for our services. We suggest that you request that a referral from your insurance company to see us for your consultation, and ensure that this referral is sent to our office. After you are seen our office will work with your insurance company to establish an arrangement for your care.

You will be provided with very clear written (and audio-recorded) instructions for how to prepare for surgery. When permanent hair removal is required (typically only for primary gender-affirming genital surgeries), we will offer you to allow us to use an ink-marker to outline specifically where on your body you need permanent hair removal, and then to photograph this area using your smart-phone camera, so that you have a record that you can show to your permanent hair-removal specialist.
